Customers are responsible for unloading excess debris at their expense. Please do not overload the dumpster(s), load to the fill line only.

3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that a clear and accessible way is available for container servicing. A trip fee will be charged if the dumpster is unavailable or not ready for pickup. Overloaded containers, low-laying power lines or tree branches, cars or any other items or materials blocking access to pick up or drop off a container, material heaped up or hanging over the sides of the container, containers that are too heavy to be removed, locked gates or fences, inaccessible driveways or parking lots, or any other reason(s) beyond our control are all valid reasons for us to charge a client the trip fee. The cost of the excursion might range from $75 to $150. This cost covers the driver's wages, fuel, and time spent rerouting the driver's scheduled route.

4. If you cancel your purchase before 4 p.m. EST on the BUSINESS day prior to delivery, Miller Carting will charge you $25.00. Your credit card will be refunded for the amount we charged less $25.00. We will, however, deduct the $25 cost from your next order. Orders that are cancelled after 4 p.m. on the business day before delivery are subject to a $150 trip fee. This is because our scheduling has already been completed and needs to be altered to account for last-minute changes.

5. Miller Carting will move the dumpsters upon request, a trip fee may apply. Dumpsters are not to be moved by customers. Customer is responsible for any damages done to our dumpster while on their job site. Costs of damages will be charged back to the customer.

6. Please realize that Miller Carting has no control over weather events such as rain, snow, sleet, hail, etc. while the dumpster is in your possession. This may have an impact on the dumpster's weight. We do not have any methods or technology in our possession or at our disposal to prevent rain, snow, or other elements from entering your dumpster. To keep rain or snow out of the dumpster, the customer can cover it with a tarp, sheets of plywood, or any other form of barrier. Furthermore, the dumpsters are not watertight and will not hold water beyond the saturation of the contents. Please keep in mind that our company is responsible for paying the landfill for the contents of your dumpster. We are taxed by weight, therefore if a dumpster is heavier due to water saturation, we must still pay the landfill. No rebates or discounts will be given if rain affects the weight of your dumpster.

7. Customer accepts full responsibility for any damage to their yard, driveway, or other property caused by the Customer or individuals working for the Customer directing the delivery and/or pick-up of the dumpster. You may download our Release of Liability waiver by clicking here.

8. While the dumpster is on the Customer's project site, the Customer is responsible for any penalties, impounds, or charges incurred by state, county, or city agencies.

9. Customer understands the dumpster rental duration and that Miller Carting may remove the dumpster from the job site at any time after the rental period has elapsed. If a balance on the account is owed on the dumpster, it will not be removed until the amount is paid in full.

10. Customer acknowledges that if customer fails to pay the funds owing in full, Miller Carting has the right to send the issue to an attorney or collection agency. Customer agrees to pay any costs incurred by Miller Carting as a result of this action, including court fees, collection fees, and late fees, in addition to any amount owed. (Returned checks incur a $30 charge.) When an account is placed in Collections, a Mechanic's Lien is placed on the property.

11. When you order a container from this website, you are providing a personal guarantee. In accordance with PCI compliance rules, all information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.

12. When the dumpster is ready for pickup, I understand that it is my obligation to notify Miller Carting. When the Customer notifies Miller Carting that the dumpster is ready for removal, the rental period ends. This is just for our "regular rentals." After the rental period has expired, our internet deals are automatically withdrawn.
